Terms & Vocal Licence

Last updated: July 2025

Plain English summary: You can use Flaire vocals in your music, commercial or otherwise, forever. You can’t resell them, share them, or repackage them as a sample pack.

1. Membership

Access to Flaire downloads requires an active membership via Patreon. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use Flaire vocal samples as described in this agreement.

Membership fees are billed by Patreon according to the plan you select. Flaire does not handle billing directly. Cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes are governed by Patreon’s own terms of service.

Access to downloads is revoked when your membership lapses. Files you have already downloaded remain licensed to you under the terms below.

2. What you can do with Flaire vocals

As an active or former member, you are granted a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use downloaded Flaire vocals in:

  • Original music compositions, songs, and instrumentals
  • Commercial releases on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Sync placements in film, TV, advertising, and online video
  • Beats and productions sold or licensed to other artists
  • Content monetised on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms

Royalty-free means you pay no additional fees per release, per stream, or per sync. The membership fee covers all future use of files downloaded during your membership.

3. What you cannot do

  • Resell or redistribute the raw vocal files in any form, including as part of a sample pack, loop kit, or similar product
  • Share downloaded files with non-members
  • Claim ownership of the original vocal recordings
  • Use the vocals in NFTs or AI training datasets without explicit written permission
  • Use Flaire branding or artist names in a way that implies endorsement

4. Ownership

All vocal recordings in the Flaire vault are owned by Flaire or are licensed to Flaire with the right to sublicense. The vocals are pre-cleared, meaning the underlying compositions and performances are cleared for the uses described in section 2.

Downloading a file does not transfer ownership of the recording to you. You receive a licence to use the recording, not the recording itself as intellectual property.

5. No label or PRO clearance required

Flaire vocals do not require additional clearance from record labels, publishers, or performing rights organisations (PROs) for the uses listed in section 2. If a platform or distributor requests a sync licence or master clearance certificate, contact us at looplair@gmail.com and we will provide documentation.

6. Service availability

We aim to publish a new vocal pack every Wednesday. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the vault or any specific release schedule. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace content in the vault at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

Flaire is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the vocal samples. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the vault. Continued use of Flaire after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
