Terms & Vocal Licence

Last updated: August 2026

Plain English summary: You can use Flaire vocals in your music, commercial or otherwise, forever. You cannot resell them, share them, or repackage them as a sample pack.

1. Your account

Flaire uses no passwords. You sign in with Google, or with a single-use link sent to your email address. Authentication is operated for us by Supabase Auth.

Your account is personal to you. Keep control of the email address attached to it, because anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you. Do not share your account or your downloads with anyone else.

2. Membership

Access to Flaire downloads requires a lifetime membership, available for a one-time payment of $79. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use Flaire vocal samples as described in this agreement.

Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Access is granted automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, which is usually within a few seconds.

Membership is a single purchase with no recurring fees and nothing to cancel. Once purchased, your access to the vault and all downloads is permanent.

Founding members who joined through the original Flaire membership have had lifetime access applied to their account at no charge. Sign in with the email address you used at that time and it will already be there.

Files you have downloaded remain licensed to you under the terms below regardless of any future changes to the Flaire service.

3. Refunds

If you have not downloaded anything, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

Once you have downloaded a file we cannot offer a refund, because the product has been delivered and cannot be returned. If a refund is issued, your access to the vault ends and the licence in section 5 is withdrawn for any files you downloaded.

4. Fair use of downloads

Downloads are rate limited per account. The limits are set well above what any producer working normally would reach, and exist only to stop automated copying of the catalog. We may suspend an account that attempts to bulk download or redistribute the vault.

5. What you can do with Flaire vocals

As a member, you are granted a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use downloaded Flaire vocals in:

  • Original music compositions, songs, and instrumentals
  • Commercial releases on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Sync placements in film, TV, advertising, and online video
  • Beats and productions sold or licensed to other artists
  • Content monetised on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms

Royalty-free means you pay no additional fees per release, per stream, or per sync. Your one-time payment covers all future use of files downloaded during your membership.

6. What you cannot do

  • Resell or redistribute the raw vocal files in any form, including as part of a sample pack, loop kit, or similar product
  • Share downloaded files with non-members
  • Claim ownership of the original vocal recordings
  • Use the vocals in NFTs or AI training datasets without explicit written permission
  • Use Flaire branding or artist names in a way that implies endorsement

7. Ownership

All vocal recordings in the Flaire vault are owned by Flaire or are licensed to Flaire with the right to sublicense. The vocals are pre-cleared, meaning the underlying compositions and performances are cleared for the uses described in section 5.

Downloading a file does not transfer ownership of the recording to you. You receive a licence to use the recording, not the recording itself as intellectual property.

Flaire is owned and operated by Looplair. Some vocals in the Flaire vault may also appear in sample packs or other products sold separately by Looplair. Looplair is the only company permitted to package and resell these vocals as sample content. The restriction in section 6 against redistributing vocals in a sample pack, loop kit, or similar product applies to everyone else without exception.

8. No label or PRO clearance required

Flaire vocals do not require additional clearance from record labels, publishers, or performing rights organisations (PROs) for the uses listed in section 5. If a platform or distributor requests a sync licence or master clearance certificate, contact us at flaireaudio@gmail.com and we will provide documentation.

9. Service availability

The Flaire vault is a growing catalog. New vocals are added on an ongoing basis with no fixed schedule. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the vault. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or replace content in the vault at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

Flaire is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the vocal samples. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the vault. Continued use of Flaire after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
