Who we are

Flaire (flairevocals.com) is a vocal sample membership service. References to “Flaire”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy refer to the individual operating this service. For questions, contact us at looplair@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you connect your Patreon account, we receive:

  • Your Patreon user ID
  • Your email address (used solely to identify your account)
  • Your display name
  • Your current membership status on our Patreon campaign

If you opt in to push notifications, we store your browser’s push subscription endpoint and encryption keys. This data is used only to deliver Flaire notifications to you.

We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled by Patreon.

How we use your data

  • To verify your membership status and grant access to downloads
  • To send you push notifications about new vocal pack releases (only if you opt in)
  • To communicate with you about your membership

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for any purpose other than operating the Flaire service.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Flaire:

  • Patreon: membership and payment processing. Their privacy policy is at patreon.com/privacy.
  • Supabase: secure database hosting for membership records and push subscriptions.
  • Vercel: website hosting and deployment.
  • Meta (Facebook): advertising and analytics via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This helps us understand how people discover Flaire and measure ad effectiveness.
  • Klaviyo: email marketing. If you connect your Patreon and consent, your email may be added to our mailing list for product updates.

Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential: A session cookie to keep you logged in as a Flaire member. This is required for the service to function.
  • Analytics & Advertising: The Meta Pixel sets cookies to help us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These are only set if you accept non-essential cookies.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the banner at the bottom of the page.

Data retention

We retain your membership record for as long as your Patreon membership is active or recently lapsed. If your membership is cancelled and you have not re-subscribed within 12 months, we will delete your record from our database on request.

Push notification subscriptions are deleted automatically if your browser unsubscribes or the subscription expires.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time (via the bell icon in the vault)
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
